Mizzou Study Abroad supports the university’s student success mission and strategic priorities in close partnership with academic units. The high-impact practice of study abroad provides transformative global learning experiences for students that support academic success, leadership development, career exploration, intercultural proficiency and global citizenship.
Through study abroad, students gain new perspectives and obtain skills for the global workforce while earning credit toward their Mizzou degrees.
Some wonderful aspects of MU’s Study Abroad opportunities:
- Programs are available for every major in more than 50 countries.
- Students can take classes, do an internship, conduct research or participate in service-learning.
- Programs vary in duration from one week to a full year.
- Students can study at top-100 universities through MU’s prestigious exchange partnerships.
