Faculty Fellow for Faculty Success

Dr. Slaten is an Associate Professor in Educational, School, and Counseling Psychology (ESCP) in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD).  In his role in the provost office, he coordinates and supports several faculty success programs, including: New Faculty Orientation, Mid-Career Fellows Program, LEAP Fellows Program, Arts & Humanities Fellows Program, Provost Great Books Program, NCFDD Faculty Success Program, Faculty Success Council, and Mentoring @ Mizzou. In addition, Dr. Slaten is continuously working to develop new programs and adjust current programs in order to meet the developmental needs of faculty on campus.
