Mizzou has recently renewed its relationship with the Society of Collegiate Leadership and Achievement (SCLA), a national honors society that partners with students at hundreds of colleges and universities nationwide.
Unlike many traditional honors societies, SCLA uses an active participation model designed to complement students’ educational and co‑curricular experiences. Through a holistic, student‑centered platform, SCLA supports students in strengthening academic and professional credentials and networks, while also emphasizing wellness, financial literacy, and essential life and professional management skills that contribute to long‑term success.
Each spring semester, eligible Mizzou students will receive an invitation to register for lifetime membership in SCLA. Students who accept the invitation will participate in a comprehensive orientation to help them fully access and effectively leverage SCLA’s tools and resources—both during their time at Mizzou and beyond graduation.
