Jennifer Brown is the Director of K-20 Access, Outreach, and Strategic Initiatives within Academic Access and Leadership Development. Jenn leverages MU’s vast community and resources to implement high-impact K-20 exposure, enrichment and development programs, such as STEM Cubs, Emerging Leaders Conference, and Graduate Scholars of Excellence. Through partnerships with state and local entities, Jenn organizes events and activities that provide college access and leadership development opportunities. Additionally, Jenn oversees AALD’s strategic engagement with campus and community digital environments – social media, MU Engage, MU Connect, web content, etc.
Jenn Brown holds bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Applied Science & Chemical Engineering from Westminster College and Washington University in St. Louis, respectively. She also holds a master of science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University and is currently working on a doctoral degree in Communication from MU.
